The LR-Cal LPP 10 pressure test pump is used to generate pressure for checking, adjusting and calibrating mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments by comparative measurement. These low-pressure tests can be carried out on a mobile basis, on site at the measuring point, or stationary in the laboratory or workshop.
If the measuring instrument to be tested and a sufficiently accurate reference measuring instrument are connected to the LR-Cal LPP 10 pressure test pump, the same pressure acts on both measuring instruments when the pump is actuated. By comparing the two measured values at any pressure values, a check of the accuracy or an adjustment of the pressure gauge to be tested can be made.
Despite its very compact dimensions, the LR-Cal LPP 10 pressure test pump enables simple and accurate test pressure generation with the option of switching to vacuum generation. The LR-Cal LPP 10 has a fine adjustment valve for precise setting for accurate comparative testing. The maximum achievable pressure or vacuum depends on the connected test volume.
Due to the particularly smooth pressure generation and the integrated (internal) fine adjustment valve, very small positive or negative pressures in the mbar range can be set safely and precisely. The reference gauge and test specimen can be easily connected via a T-connector with hose connections.
