The magnetic level indicator operates using magnetic field coupling to provide fluid level information. The float chamber is constructed from non-magnetic pipe with process connections matching the vessel connections. Float size and weight are determined by process fluid properties, pressure, temperature, and specific gravity. The float contains magnets to generate a 360° magnetic flux field.

Bi-Colour Flapper Design
The indicator system includes a bi-colour flapper with magnets mounted on a rail inside the housing. As the liquid level rises or falls, the magnetic float moves within the non-magnetic chamber. Magnetic interaction between the float and flapper causes each flapper to rotate 180°.
Follower Capsule Design
The indicator system uses a color follower capsule that moves within a glass tube inside the housing. As the liquid level changes, the magnetic float moves, and the capsule follows due to magnetic interaction. Adjustable limit switches are provided for high/low electrical signals, while reed transmitters supply continuous output.
