The SUTO S215 dew point sensor provides reliable dew point monitoring in industrial applications, offering long‑term stability and high accuracy across the entire range from –20 to +50 °C Td. Thanks to its compact design, it is an ideal solution for measuring the dew point of compressed air and gases in refrigerated dryers.
Plug‑and‑play solutions for compressed air quality monitoring in accordance with ISO 8573‑1. The S215 sensor is available with 2‑wire or 3‑wire 4…20 mA analog outputs, as well as with a Modbus/RTU digital interface. By offering various output signals, users gain high flexibility and seamless integration into any process.
The Modbus/RTU interface allows multiple devices to be connected to a single bus in a daisy‑chain configuration. For example, up to 16 devices can be connected to the SUTO S331 data logger, which represents a powerful and economical solution for data logging and display.
The S215 sensor is also offered with an integrated pressure sensor, combining pressure and dew point measurement in one instrument. An optional OLED display mounted directly on the sensor displays real‑time values at the point of use. The display can be easily rotated by 340° to suit any application (not available for the 2‑wire version).
The SUTO exchange calibration service eliminates downtime and allows users to maintain continuous recording of dew point measurements. The user receives a pre‑calibrated instrument with a calibration certificate and the same settings in advance. After that, the instrument on site is exchanged for the calibrated one and returned to the supplier.
