Enhanced Image Quality with SuperIR – HIKMICRO’s SuperIR technology is powered by a neural network algorithm trained on a vast dataset of images to enhance thermal image quality. The FP21 features real-time SuperIR, significantly improving image clarity while maintaining smooth performance.
Big Clarity in a Pocket-Sized Form：3.2” LCD + Pocket-Sized Design – Most portable imagers sacrifice display quality. FP Series delivers large-screen readability with true pocket-sized convenience—ideal for field teams needing fast deployment.
Automatic AGC – HIKMICRO AGC dynamically adjusts the gain for every pixel based on the scene’s temperature distribution. In thermal images, background areas with small temperature differences often appear flat. Auto AGC expands the contrast in those regions, making subtle features visible.
Enhance outline of certain targets with ODE – False-color thermal overlays are based on temperature mapping, which flattens visual details in hot areas. ODE enhances clarity without altering the thermal data. HIKMICRO FP21 with this function enabled, target outline will be clearer, but noise of the image will be increased accordingly.
Rugged Reliability for Harsh Environments – FP Series is IP67-rated—fully dust-tight and water-resistant up to 1 meter submersion for 30 minutes. It is also certified to operate under extreme heat, while most devices shut down or degrade in extreme heat, the FP Series keeps running.

Extended Warranty Service
The Extended Warranty Service is a protection program designed to extend the coverage period of your products beyond the original warranty. This service provides continuous quality assurance and professional support, safeguarding your products against unforeseen failures after the expiration of the standard warranty.
HIKMICRO will provide an additional 180-day warranty if consumers register the products in their HIKMICRO Account within 30 days from the date of purchase. To verify the accurate purchase date, consumers may be required to submit the original invoices.
You may apply for the Extended Warranty Service for 1 or 2 years within six months from the product’s purchase date or registration date (whichever occurs later), and a one-time renewal is permitted within 30 calendar days after the expiration of the initial Extended Warranty.
The extended warranty does not included the thermal detector and battery.
