The E series laminar mass gas flow meter is an improved version of the M series, featuring a more compact size and increased performance. Unique laminar differential technology combined with compensation implemented using high-precision pressure and temperature sensors, as well as proprietary key algorithms, provide the product with characteristics such as high accuracy, high repeatability, low zero drift, and low temperature and pressure drifts. Analog and digital communication interfaces are suitable for integration into process control systems.
