Principle Introduction
The pressure controller achieves precise pressure regulation by employing a built-in high-accuracy absolute pressure sensor for real-time measurement and implementing closed-loop negative feedback control via a solenoid proportional valve. An integrated flow conditioning module stabilizes gas flow regimes to minimize measurement fluctuations, while optionally outputting parameters like temperature and flow rate upon request. By adjusting the spatial configuration between the absolute pressure sensor and proportional valve, the system seamlessly switches between upstream or downstream pressure control modes. Our proprietary absolute pressure sensor delivers exceptional performance with <10 Pa resolution and sub-millisecond response time, ensuring rapid and accurate pressure measurements. Application
