The S130 laser particle counter is a compact device designed for continuous monitoring of compressed air and gases. The instrument measures particles in the size range from 0.3 to 5.0 µm, delivering accurate and repeatable results for quality control and ISO 8573‑1 compliance.
Thanks to the integrated pressure diffuser, the S130 can be connected directly to pressurized compressed air systems – without an external pressure regulator. This ensures easy installation and reliable results even in demanding industrial environments. The built‑in pressure diffuser supports operating pressures up to 15 bar(g), eliminating the need for external accessories and simplifying setup. The measurement system complies with ISO 8573‑4, ensuring comparability of results and readiness for audits.
When equipped with the optional 5″ touch screen, the S130 provides real‑time visualization for all particle channels, intuitive navigation, and easy data export. The integrated data logger can store up to 30 million measurement values, enabling long‑term monitoring and traceability of compressed air quality. Measured values are displayed in counts per volume (cn/m³), but can also be shown in alternative volume units such as cubic feet or liters. The integrated display offers live readings for all channels, signal output settings, as well as data storage on the device.
Thanks to its lightweight aluminum housing and IP65 protection class, the S130 is ideally suited for stationary installation in industrial environments. Communication via Modbus/RTU, USB, or relay output allows easy integration into monitoring systems and plant control networks.
