The S600 portable compressed air purity analyzer is a comprehensive solution for measuring dew point, particle concentration, and oil vapor in accordance with ISO 8573‑1. It combines the latest sensor technology, software‑guided measurements, and a time‑saving setup into a portable, touchscreen‑controlled multi‑tool. With the S600, a compressed air quality audit can be completed in minimal time compared to traditional methods. All equipment is supplied in a convenient transport case measuring 45 × 38.1 × 19.05 cm.

The S600 monitoring solution uses software‑guided measurements to provide maximum flexibility and accuracy. Thanks to the bright 5″ touch screen, you can manage and monitor all data directly at the measurement point. You receive a complete set in a single portable transport case that can easily be taken anywhere. The dimensions of the S600 case are 45 × 38.1 × 19.05 cm.
The S600 portable compressed air purity analyzer accurately measures dew point / moisture, particle concentration, temperature, pressure, and oil vapor all in one device. Thanks to the integrated data logger, recording these parameters for subsequent data analysis has never been easier.
Particle measurement is possible in the ranges 0.1 – 0.5 µm, 0.5 – 1.0 µm, and 1.0 – 5.0 µm using the latest laser detection technology. The measurement methods comply with ISO 8573‑4 (together with the isokinetic sampling device). Counting efficiency according to ISO 21501‑4: 30 – 70 % for particles larger than 0.1 µm, 90 – 110 % for particles larger than or equal to 0.3 µm.
Oil vapor measurement in the range of 0.001 – 5.000 mg/m³ is provided by a state‑of‑the‑art photoionization detector (PID) with self‑calibration. The measuring range corresponds to ISO 8573‑1 Classes 1 to 5 with high accuracy (accuracy of 5 % of reading ± 0.003 mg/m³).
Pressure measurement utilizes state‑of‑the‑art sensor technology, providing important additional data about the compressed air system quality. The integrated data logger records all channels in parallel for later analysis. The 5″ touch screen allows you to interact with the device on site; there is no need for a PC to manage the instrument.
For particle measurements according to ISO 8573, an isokinetic sampling device has been developed. This accessory allows the air flow to be monitored and regulated during particle measurement to ensure correct isokinetic sampling.
The S600 analyzer allows users to create powerful PDF reports directly on site. The reports follow the recommendations stated in ISO 8573. Customer‑related data as well as service provider details can be entered on‑screen, making it even easier to perform audits and to create meaningful reports. PDF reports can be created from any recordings on the device and are copied on the fly to a connected USB drive for direct print‑outs.
Thanks to the integrated USB port on the external housing for connecting a 4G modem, the S600 portable device can be easily connected to S4A software and monitored remotely. This eliminates the need for a Wi‑Fi connection. The USB 4G dongle is an optional feature and can be ordered together with the S600 or added later. A SIM card is required to use this new feature.
The SUTO exchangeable calibration service eliminates downtime and allows users to perform continuous recording of dew point measurements.
